How will we use your information?

How long do we keep your information for?

We shall keep data on our prospect database for not longer than 36 months from the date of last contact with such prospect subject to an individual's right to unsubscribe or be forgotten at any time.
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
Montala has identified its lawful bases for processing data and documented them. Where the lawful basis was identified as "Consent", Montala has reviewed the consent terms and re-requested permission from the data subject where it was necessary. Any personally identifiable information under our customer data is being processed under the "Contract" lawful basis.
