  • Liaising between the Support team and Customer Success - keeping on top of tasks for your customers to make sure things are completed properly and the customer is always in the loop.
  • Problem solving - thinking around problems and working out the best solution for your customer.
  • Proofreading and assisting with email campaigns.
  • Looking for functionality that’s missing and feeding back to the Development team.

You’ll be friendly, approachable and motivated. You’ll be happy talking to clients and have an excellent writing style - communicating clearly and effectively. You’ll manage your time efficiently and be good at solving problems.
