The below relate to Full Time Equivalent (FTE) annual salary figures before taxes and excluding bonuses. National average figures are taken from the Office of National Statistics.
- All staff members must earn more than 80% of the UK national average salary.
- The average across all staff members must be at least 30% higher than the UK national average salary.
- The highest earner must earn no more than 4 times that of the lowest earner.
