Day-to-Day Responsibility
The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

What We Do

    • Risk assessments are completed and reviewed annually.
    • Actions identified in risk assessments are implemented promptly.
  • Training and Competency

    • All staff receive necessary induction and appropriate training to ensure they can perform their duties safely.
  • Employee Engagement

    • Employees are regularly consulted on health and safety matters.
  • Safe Working Conditions
    • Equipment is routinely inspected, tested, and maintained to ensure safety.
